このたび「バーラトフェス2nd」開催にあたり、店舗様の売上アップ・話題性アップ・知名度アップにつながる限定メニューのご協力をお願いしたく、ご案内いたします。
■ 企画概要
イベント開催前、店舗様オリジナルの「限定メニュー（セットメニュー可）」をご用意いただき、バーラト市場（ネット予約販売のみ）にてご注文を受け付けます。
物販店舗様は「オリジナル福袋（お楽しみ袋）」のご用意をお願い致します。
店頭での通常販売とは別に、イベント専用の予約販売として展開いたします。
前回、本部で予約販売した「EXPO-SET 3,300円（税込）」のような高単価商品の販売も見込めます。

お支払いいただくのは、通常販売と同様のロイヤリティ10％のみです
■ 当日の流れ

予約数はイベント1週間前にお知らせします。

店舗様には、イベント当日に予約分の商品をご用意いただきます。

お客様には本部より引換券をお渡しします。

店舗様は、引換券と交換で商品をお渡しいただきます。

営業終了後、引換券を本部までお持ちください。

現金と交換。（10万円以上は翌日に銀行振込）
※必ずご用意頂ける数量で販売をしてください。当日予約数が足らずお客様に返金となった場合、返金事務手数料500円/件をお支払頂きます。
※店頭ではご予約の方を優先で対応をお願い致します。
※企画内容は変更・中止する場合があります。
※9月シルバーウィーク開催が延期となった「バーラトフェスPARTY WEEK!」は、11月以降に開催予定です。（開催希望店舗様）その際、各店舗様でのパーティ限定メニューとしてのご提供も可能です。各店舗様用のパーティチラシを製作いたしますので、イベント店頭でご配布ください。

Bharat Fes 2nd: Invitation to Participate in the Limited-Time Menu Initiative
With the upcoming "Bharat Fes 2nd," we are inviting you to participate in a limited-time menu initiative designed to boost your sales, generate buzz, and increase brand awareness.
■ Initiative Overview
During the event, we will accept orders via the Bharat Ichiba platform (online pre-orders only) for "limited-time menu items" created by your store.
This will be conducted as an event-exclusive pre-order campaign, separate from your standard in-store sales. There is potential for selling high-ticket items, similar to the "EXPO-SET (3,300 JPY, tax incl.)" offered via headquarters pre-orders during the previous event. Additionally, "Bharat Fes PARTY WEEK!"—originally postponed from September's Silver Week—is now scheduled for November or later.
You may also choose to offer these items as party-exclusive menu options during that event.
We will produce party flyers for each store; please distribute them at your location.

■ Costs System usage fee: Free
Cashless payment processing fees: Free
You are only required to pay the standard 10% royalty fee, just as with regular sales
■ Process Flow We will notify you of the order volume one week prior to the event.
Please prepare the ordered items for the day of the event.
Headquarters will issue redemption vouchers to customers.
Please hand over the products in exchange for the redemption vouchers.
After business hours, please bring the collected vouchers to headquarters.
Settlement will be handled via bank transfer at a later date (within one week).

*Please ensure that you only offer for sale the quantity you can definitely supply. If the number of reservations on the day falls short, resulting in customer refunds, you will be charged a refund processing fee of 500 yen per transaction.
