The Japan Expo Bharat Association is proud to announce the "Expo Bharat Fest 2026 SUMMER" taking place this summer!

【Event Overview】

◆ Name: Expo Bharat Fest 2026 SUMMER / Biryani Festival
◆ Venue: Expo '70 Commemorative Park (Upper Plaza) – 10 Senri-Banpaku-Koen, Suita City, Osaka Prefecture
◆ Dates/Times: August 22 (Sat) & 23 (Sun), 2026 | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Last order at 4:30 PM)

◆ Rain or shine (cancelled only in severe weather)
◆ Admission: Free entry to the event area (separate park admission fee required)
◆ Expected Attendance: 3,000–6,000+ people per day (held alongside the Expo Summer Festival and other events)
◆ Organizer: Japan Expo Bharat Association (Expo Bharat Fest Executive Committee)
◆ Supported by: Suita City, Osaka Prefecture (application currently in progress)
◆ Total Vendor Slots: 75 (10 food trucks, 30 food/retail stalls, 30 flea market stalls, 5 corporate booths)

Authentic biryani dishes, carefully selected from all over the country, are coming together in Osaka!

Discover regional flavors you wouldn't normally encounter and experience exquisite dishes rich with the aroma of carefully chosen spices.

(Reservation-only / First-come, first-served basis)

*Food booths selling biryani receive a 2,000 JPY discount on the vendor fee (refunded after the event ends).

We welcome applications from shops, individuals, and groups with a passion for biryani!

We will also hold a "Popular Biryani Restaurant Contest," offering a vendor fee waiver as a prize for the winning vendors.

※ The "World Area" is open to vendors selling food, beverages, and merchandise from countries other than India as well.
