◆ Admission: Free (Separate park entrance fee required)
◆ Expected Attendance: 3,000–6,000+ people per day (held concurrently with the Expo Summer Festival and other events)
◆ Organizer: Japan Expo Bharat Association (Expo Bharat Fest Executive Committee)
◆ Supporter: Suita City, Osaka Prefecture (Application currently in preparation)
◆ Total Participating Vendors: 75 (10 food trucks; 30 food/merchandise stalls; 30 flea market stalls; 5 corporate booths)

【Food Trucks & Tent Booths】
※Vendor Fee (Base Fee + Booth Type Fee) + 10% Royalty (Excluding Corporate Booths)
※A discount of ¥2,000 applies to the vendor fee for food trucks and food booths selling biryani (¥4,000 discount for a 2-day booking); the discount amount will be refunded after the event.
※Non-Indian food and merchandise vendors are also welcome to apply for the "World Area."
※Early-bird rates apply if booking and payment are completed by July 25.

If power is required, please provide your own generator (gasoline-powered generators are not permitted). Rental options are also available.
◆Vendor Benefits
Food trucks, food booths, merchandise booths, and corporate booths will be individually featured on our official social media channels.
Corporate booth vendors will have their logos displayed on the official website, event venue signage panels, and the back of the special event hand fans.
【Flea Market】
◆Vendor Fee (22nd & 23rd) (Per day, tax included)
¥3,300 (Early-bird: ¥3,000)
※You may apply for up to two spaces simultaneously. *Hand-carried items only (vehicle sales are not permitted).
*Vehicles may be used for loading and unloading up to the park path on the south side of the upper plaza.
*Vendors are responsible for checking that any electrical appliances are in working order.
*Early-bird rates apply if booking and payment are completed by July 15.
◆Area Size: Grass space (3m x 3m)
*You may book up to two spaces simultaneously.
*If bringing a tent (up to 3m x 3m), you must use weights (four weights of 10kg or more); driving pegs into the ground is prohibited.
*Please book two spaces if your setup exceeds 3m.
【Stage Performances】
◆Stage Rental Fee (1 hour)
3,300 JPY each (tax included)
Morning Session: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM / Afternoon Session: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
*Performances must be India-related (e.g., Indian dance, music, yoga).
*The stage may also be used for promotional activities such as event announcements or flyer distribution.
*Stage dimensions: 240cm x 240cm (subject to expansion).
*The fee includes the use of sound equipment (two microphones and speakers).
*A backstage tent is available near the stage.

【Vendor Rules】
◆Vendor Rules
* All vendors (excluding corporate booths and flea market stalls) are required to pay a 10% royalty on sales in cash at the headquarters at the end of each day.
* Booth signage is not provided; please prepare your own.
* Do not conduct sales activities or set up displays that extend beyond your designated booth space.
* Food and beverage vendors must lay down protective sheets to safeguard the lawn and prevent the ground or tents from becoming soiled. (Please note that cleaning fees may be charged if stains or dirt remain.)
* If using open flames or bringing your own generators, you must have a fire extinguisher (Type 4 or larger) on site.
* Load-in times: 21st (15:00–17:00); 22nd (7:30–9:00, 17:30–20:00); 23rd (7:30–9:00). Load-out times: From 17:30; complete teardown by 20:00 on the 23rd.
* Load-in and load-out must be conducted via the Upper Plaza or the southern park pathway. (Dedicated routes apply for food trucks and vehicles associated with tent booths.)
* Booth locations will be determined and assigned by the organizing committee.

Rental List
■ Waste Disposal for Vendor Booths
As a general rule, we cannot collect waste generated at your booth; please take all trash with you when you leave.
• Dedicated trash bins will be provided for visitors' waste.
• Waste oil cannot be disposed of at the venue; please take it away with you.
【Guidelines for Food & Beverage Sales】
■ Use of Open Flames/Heat Sources
1. Gas Supply
• You must notify us in advance if you intend to use open flames or heat-generating equipment.
We will handle the permit application to the relevant fire department on your behalf.
• Only LP gas is permitted.
• You must have a fire extinguisher on hand if using open flames or heat sources.
• Vendors are responsible for the safe handling and use of LP gas during the event.
2. Gas Usage
• If using heat sources (such as stoves) on a table:
• You must place a heat-resistant (flame-retardant) board between the tabletop and the equipment.
(This is a requirement mandated by the fire department.)
• Please note that if rental tables or booth equipment are damaged due to failure to comply with the above, you may be charged for the cost of the damaged items.
3. Fire Extinguishers
• You must provide a fire extinguisher (Type 4 or larger) if using generators, stoves, cooking equipment, etc.
*Failure to provide one will result in the cancellation of your participation.
■ Water Supply and Drainage
• Water for sanitary tanks, etc., can be obtained from the park's water taps.
• Discharging wastewater within the venue is prohibited.
■ Business Permits Based on Food Sanitation Regulations
• If a business permit based on the Food Sanitation Act (e.g., for street stalls or mobile food vehicles) is required, vendors must obtain the necessary approval from the public health center in advance.
Please submit copies of the following documents via the email address provided after your reservation is confirmed:
• Street stall business permit (copy)
• Food sanitation supervisor certificate (copy)
• Liability insurance certificate (copy)
*Participation will be finalized upon submission of the required documents. • You must include all required labeling information for food sales (product name, ingredients, additives, net content, use-by or best-before date, manufacturer details, etc.).
• You must clearly label any allergens present in the food (such as eggs, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, shrimp, crab, etc.).
■ Sale of Alcoholic Beverages
• To sell unopened alcoholic beverages, you must hold a retail liquor license.

* Cancellations are not accepted from July 21 onwards.
