場所：万博記念公園（下の広場）

雨天決行・荒天中止

会場の出入り　入場料無料(別途、公園入園料必要)

来場者想定人数　1日5000～10000人＋α（隣接地で大型イベントあり）

Location: Expo '70 Commemorative Park (Lower Plaza)

Held rain or shine (cancelled in severe weather)

Venue access: Free admission (separate park entrance fee required)

Estimated attendance: 5,000–10,000+ people per day (a large-scale event is taking place in the adjacent area)

アーティスト応募要項

■募集ジャンル：ダンス、弾き語り、演奏、ヨガ、アートパフォーマンス 等

■参加条件 ・プロ・アマは問いません。

・出演料はご用意しておりません。交通費・機材費等なども出演者負担となります。

・入園パスは人数分ご用意致します（スタッフ含む）

・委員会にて審査をさせていただき、審査に通過された方にご出演いただきます。

・バーラトフェスの趣旨に賛同いただき、楽しみながら会場内を一緒に盛り上げてくれる方 ・演奏される音楽・ダンスのジャンルは問いません

・出演時間30分 

・ステージサイズ 3.6m x 2.4m 

・音響 マイク3本（スタンド有）、ミキサー出入力（スマホ、CD音源使用可）、ステレオスピーカー

 ■出演時間枠 各日、①10:30〜11:00 ②13:30〜14:00 ③14:30〜15:00 の時間帯となります。

※枠が予定数に達し次第、募集を締め切る場合があります。

◆当落発表：2026年10月5日（月）予定

Artist Application Guidelines

■ Performance Genres: Dance, acoustic performance (vocals/instrumental), yoga, etc.

■ Participation Requirements:
・Open to both professional and amateur performers.

・No performance fee is provided; performers are responsible for their own transportation, equipment costs, etc.

・Admission passes will be provided for all participants (including staff).

・A committee will review applications, and selected artists will be invited to perform.

・We are looking for performers who support the spirit of Bharat Fest and will help create a lively atmosphere at the venue while enjoying the event.

・No restrictions on music or dance genres.

・Performance duration: 30 minutes.

・Stage size: 3.6m x 2.4m

・Audio: 3 microphones (with stands), mixer inputs/outputs (compatible with smartphones and CD audio sources), stereo speakers

■ Performance Time Slots: The following slots are available each day: ① 10:30–11:00, ② 13:30–14:00, and ③14:30–15:00.
