会場の出入り 入場料無料(別途、公園入園料必要)
来場者想定人数 1日5000～10000人＋α（隣接地で大型イベントあり）
募集店舗数 40店舗（キッチンカー10台、飲食・物販/フリマ店 30店）
出店料：前払制（銀行振込）
キッチンカー 22,000円（税込）+10%ロイヤリティ/1日
飲食テント16,500円（税込）+10%ロイヤリティ/1日
物販テント11,000円（税込）+10%ロイヤリティ/1日
物販スペースのみ（3mx3m）3,300円（税込）/1日
企業テント22,000円（税込）/1日
※イベント中止の場合は全額ご返金

Venue access: Free admission (separate park entrance fee required)
Estimated attendance: 5,000–10,000+ people per day (a large-scale event is taking place in the adjacent area)
Vendor slots: 40 (10 food trucks; 30 food/merchandise/flea market stalls)
Vendor Fees:Advance payment (bank transfer)
Food truck: ¥22,000 (tax incl.) + 10% royalty/day
Food/beverage tent: ¥16,500 (tax incl.)+ 10% royalty/day
Merchandise sales tent: ¥11,000 (tax incl.) + 10% royalty/day
Merchandise sales space only(3m x 3m): ¥3,300 (tax incl.)/day
Corporate tent: 22,000 yen (tax included) per day

なお、同日程ですぐ横の「東の広場」におきまして、数万人規模の来場が見込まれる「ロハスフェスタ万博 2026秋」が開催されます。隣接して開催されるため、当イベントにも多くの集客を見込んでおります。 また、ビリヤニ大食い大会を開催し、大食いタレントの出演や一般参加型の企画を目玉としております。 ビリヤニ・インド料理以外、インド以外の物販でのご出店も可能です。 つきましては、本イベントへご出店のご意向がございましたら、9月10日までにお申込みください。

Please note that "Lohas Festa Expo 2026 Autumn"—an event expected to draw tens of thousands of visitors—will be held concurrently at the adjacent "East Plaza." Given this proximity, we anticipate a significant turnout for our event as well. We will also be hosting a biryani-eating contest, featuring appearances by competitive-eating celebrities and activities open to public participation. In addition to biryani and Indian cuisine, we welcome vendors selling non-Indian merchandise. If you are interested in participating as a vendor, please submit your application by September 10.
